Welcome to the Mosedale Halliwell Associates (MHA) website and thank you for

MHA are a small, but as the saying goes…beautifully put together,
Learning and Development Consultancy simply brimming with experience,
creativity, enthusiasm, difference and the complete knowledge and understanding
about the L&D needs of organisations and the people that work for them.
We have been excited by L&D for many years and MHA was in fact formed in
January 2002 out of our intense passion to help others work constructively and
appreciatively with the rich and vibrant mix that is ‘difference’.
In doing so, we are committed to helping organisations work and perform more
effectively by harmonising and maximising the talents, skills and abilities of
their greatest resource … their people.
We believe learning should be focussed, challenging and fun.
Our view,
based on our own considerable knowledge, is that learning should be interesting,
thought provoking and high on experiences. We know people learn best from
thinking and doing and our product designs and interventions are all based on
this premise.
Add to this the tremendous ‘difference’ that exists in every aspect of
business today and you can clearly see why we feel it is of paramount importance
to mainstream Equal Opportunities throughout everything we do. We know we have a
vast and unique range of experience and techniques to offer in this area and it
is always the fundamental starting point in our thinking during diagnosis,
design, delivery and the evaluation of our work, whatever the subject matter.
It also underlines our commitment to influencing and helping people and
organisations realise their full potential, whilst being more appreciative of
their colleagues, learning from their successes and making real changes to
improve all aspects of their performance and working life. To this end we are
especially skilled in helping organisations, groups and individuals reflect and
evaluate their own performance, draw out useful conclusions and formulate
meaningful forward plans.

there, there's advanced communications, interviewing and counselling and much,

as experts in the field of training trainers for CIPD's professional
qualification programme, the Certificate in Training Practice. When needed, MHA
are supported by a pool of like minded, professionally
qualified Associates, who bring high level skills in areas such as finance,
budgeting, procurement and project management to our portfolio.
